Is the quote free?

Yes. Quotes are free and with no obligation. Just fill in the form or send us a message.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for dates between May and October, which are the busiest. For many events, a few weeks is enough. If your date is close, get in touch anyway: it’s often still possible.

I’ve never organised an event. Can you help?

Of course. We help with the whole process: we find out what you need, suggest what makes sense for the venue and the number of guests, and take care of set-up and support on the day.

Do you also hire out equipment?

Yes. You can book a full event service with our crew, hire equipment with one of our technicians, or hire the equipment on its own, tested and ready to use. For important events we always recommend having a technician.

Do you travel across Portugal? Are there travel costs?

Yes, we work all over the country. Travel costs depend on the distance and are always shown in the quote from the start.

How does payment work?

We ask for a deposit to secure the date, and the balance is paid by the day of the event. All terms are set out clearly in the proposal.
